1. Conference Co-ordination
Ask us about our Conference Package. The venues that we deal with are Durban Spa Conference Centre, Coastlands Conference Centre, Blue Waters Conference Centre and many more.
2. Function Co-ordination
We do weddings, product launches, matric dance, DJ’s, end of year functions and birthdays, excursion for school groups. Based at The Queens Bowling Club and Durban Bowling Club.
3. Group Accommodation Management
We work hand in hand with the best Hotels and Resorts on the market. Such as: The Pavilion Hotel North Beach, Regal Inn North Beach, Raya Hotels (The Balmoral), Southern Sun Group (Marine Parade) and more.
4. On Site Catering & Outdoor Catering
On Site Catering (QUEENS and DURBAN BOWLING CLUB) Bookings can be arranged for onsite Venue, with seating capacity up to 75 pax, functions packages available for Buffet, Spit braai and more
5. Group Excursions
Group excursions trips are tailor made according to group or school requirements and affordability.

We co-ordinate conferences from start to finish, making sure that our clients’ needs are met.
The venues that we deal with, the Queens and Durban Bowling Club, the Durban Jewish Club, the Pavilion conference, the Marine Parade (Sourthern Sun) and more.
Our Conference Package includes:
- Tea/Coffee – Arrival
- Tea/Coffee/Treats – Mid morning
- Lunch
- Tea/Coffee/Treats – Afternoon
- Standard equipment: notepads, pens, water, sweets, screen, flipchart, paper
